Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Experience Required: 10 years Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Lead, preferably within the Banking or Financial domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of IT QA and functional testing, as well as a thorough understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (such as waterfall and agile), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards. The role involves defining goals and measurement plans for software process performance in alignment with business objectives. The candidate must have solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports, as well as extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications. Proficiency in using Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools is essential.
