Organizational Change Manager Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires an organizational change manager to lead organizational change management initiatives for large-scale healthcare IT projects, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and governance models. Responsibilities include developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, targeted communications, and training programs to support digital health transformation across the provincial health sector. Services will be performed remotely within Canada. Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Requirements Include: Valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (proof of the certificate to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Requirements Include: Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification (proof of the certificate to be provided) 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. 7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare. 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting. 1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting. 1 year of experience implementing a new governance model in a healthcare setting.
