It is the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of elderly peopleWe are looking for two maintenance workers to fill our team.Schedule: Full time, days, every other weekend Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) all other related tasks The ideal person has : Good judgment and priority management Good sense of organization Good physical ability Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Team spirit Punctuality and reliability Bilingual Required qualifications : Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) What will you be offered : Referral Program Uniform provided Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Opportunity COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
