What You Bring to Our Team: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• Professional phone manner and customer service skills;• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;• Problem solving abilities;• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness;• Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;• Post-secondary education (an asset);• Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation;• Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset);• Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset);• Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed;Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).Compensation Information:Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annuallySupplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonusThe final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
