Responsibilities include overall branch operations, customer satisfaction, teammate engagement, financial performance, inventory management, policy adherence, growth in wallet and market share, and maintaining the branch appearance. The Branch Manager must uphold Noble’s Code of Ethics and Conduct in every interaction. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. Sales and Financial Acumen: Review reports and develop action plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction; build and manage customer relationships; direct Sales Representatives to new opportunities; evaluate metrics and communicate impact on profit-sharing; prepare and present annual forecasts. Branch Governance & Operations: Ensure work complies with Health and Safety policies; inspect work habits to improve safety standards; ensure team adheres to operational procedures; maintain safety standards for building, fleet, and equipment; utilize software to prepare reports and process requests; perform other duties to support the branch. Must Haves University degree or equivalent experience Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience with strong leadership Minimum five (5) years in Plumbing/HVAC wholesale industry with sales experience Strong business acumen with budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis skills Experience with change management of operational procedures Ability to thrive in a performance-focused environment Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills with multiple stakeholders Proven ability to delegate and follow up effectively Commitment to a safe working environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong work ethic and determination Curiosity, learning agility, and self-motivation Entrepreneurial spirit with high engagement Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Standards Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with access to a vehicle Salary Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 + profit sharing Who We Are Noble has grown from a plumbing supplier to serving the trade in HVAC, Hydronics, Industrial, and Fire Protection.
