The incumbent organizes and coordinates the workflow to ensure efficient utilization of resources. The incumbent will also be responsible for participating in the human resource functions within the department as well as ensuring that the department maintains fiscal responsibility in consultation with the Lead - Physical Plant Services. The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters.
