**Your days will include**:

- Gathering requests sent from internal/external departments
- Populating requests into a centralized tracking system
- Responding back with updates to requestors
- Reviewing project status and updating them as needed
- Moving projects into Stages and closing projects when completed
- Attending launch meetings with assigned Project Lead
- Assisting documentation flow and legal requirements
- Terms and Condition documents
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Gathering information into Cost comparison matrix
- Data analytics and validation of detailed information
- Following up with requestor on details
- Completing Project charters
- Other tasks assigned
