ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTFull-time Position in CochraneAs a member of the Clerical team, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support services to the Agency and its programs. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide clerical support through data entry functions, formatting documents, forms and reports, schedule, attend and take notes for departmental meetings, perform receptionist duties and other duties as assigned. With demonstrated flexibility, the Administrative Assistants perform tasks and functions in an organized, timely and professional manner, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Agency.JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):• Post-secondary education in an Office Administration Program or equivalent education, training and work experience.
