Act as the primary point of contact for Service customers, delivering clear communication and seamless scheduling Accurately open, update, and close repair orders with exceptional attention to detail Manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer requirements Prepare, document, submit, and track warranty claims to completion Collaborate closely with Technicians, Advisors, and Management to maintain efficiency and accuracy Support daily Service operations with administrative tasks and workflow coordination Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction Who We're Looking For: Exceptionally organized with strong administrative and multitasking skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Strong communicator who works well across departments Automotive Service or Warranty experience is an asset Valid Driver's License & acceptable Driver's Abstract Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and raises the bar Ready to Make An Impact?
