About the RoleAs Clinical Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Manager and Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence across all NRIO programs. You’ll oversee client care, staff development, health and safety, and quality assurance initiatives—all while championing trauma-informed and person-centered approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Clinical Oversight:Lead client intake, assessments, care planning, and discharge processesConduct client visits and case conferencesEnsure clinical practices align with regulatory standards and best practicesSupport medication management and reconciliationProvide direct care as neededEmployee Management & DevelopmentSupervise and support coordinators and front-line staffDeliver clinical training and education programsParticipate in performance evaluations and staff developmentLead Modified Work Programs and disciplinary processesOperations & Quality Assurance:Represent Bayshore at community and healthcare eventsParticipate in audits and quality improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with health regulations and internal policiesServe in the on-call manager rotationHealth & Safety:Co-chair the Joint Health & Safety CommitteePromote safe work environments and lead emergency preparednessSupport infection prevention and control (IPAC) protocolsProfessional Conduct & Development:Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standardsEngage in continuing education and share knowledge with staffFoster effective communication and positive relationshipsJob QualificationEducation and Experience Requirements:Current license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in home health or hospital settings5+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleCOHN-C and JHSC certification preferredStrong communication, organizational, and technological skillsValid driver’s license, vehicle, and insuranceExperience supporting neurodiverse individuals and those with complex needs including: acquired brain injuries, challenging behaviours and various mental health conditionsBayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
