This position is responsible for the diagnostics, repair and maintenance of trucks, trailers, coaches, and buses in a shop environment. Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble and repair the on road equipment efficiently and effectively Use secondary materials and equipment safely Use related instruments, hand/power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems Accurately document on work orders all unit information, actions taken, and time spent Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely, and to accepted standards Use computer applications and information systems to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis Work with equipment engineers to diagnose and fulfill warranty requirements Road test equipment and verify repairs as required Other duties as required #LI-onsiteRequired Skills Must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with equipment engineers, the service team, and branch personnel.
