Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the transformation program portfolio across HR workstreamsBuild governance frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, milestones, and risk trackingCollaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leaders to drive alignment and decision-makingRun operating rhythms and delivery sessions with HRBPs, COEs, and external consultantsEnsure integration of AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities across transformation programsDrive execution of change readiness, adoption tracking, and stakeholder communication plansManage sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation across program phasesEnsure streamlined workflows between shared services, COEs, and People teams Must-Have Skills Strong experience leading HR transformation or operating model programsProven background in program or portfolio delivery within People/HR functionsHands-on with executive-level governance, dashboards, and escalationsPrior success aligning and executing across multiple HR workstreamsComfortable operating at a Chief-of-Staff–adjacent level with senior leadership8+ Years of experience in HR, Program/Project Management, and executive partnerships Nice-to-Have Skills Bonus if youve worked with Airtable or similar project tracking toolsExperience managing or collaborating with external consulting partnersFamiliarity with change management and adoption tracking frameworks Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.
