Senior Program Manager – HR Transformation Hybrid (3 days remote), Toronto, CanadaExperience: 8+ Years Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Program Manager – HR Transformation to support a large-scale organisational redesign and operating model evolution within the People and HR function. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive execution, alignment, and governance across multiple transformation workstreams in a complex enterprise environment. The role requires a seasoned program leader who brings structure, rigour, and visibility to high-impact initiatives while enabling consistent delivery and informed decision-making at scale. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end program management for HR and People transformation initiatives aligned with the enterprise operating model evolutionEstablish and manage a unified transformation portfolio, including milestones, dependencies, risks, KPIs, and outcomes across workstreamsDesign and implement governance routines to ensure prioritisation, transparency, and executive-level decision-makingEnsure alignment between HR operating model changes, executive priorities, and broader enterprise initiativesDevelop standardised templates, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to enable disciplined execution and accountabilityPartner with workstream leads to structure delivery plans, define success metrics, and manage cross-functional dependenciesCoordinate deliverables and integrate outputs across HR Centres of Excellence, business partners, and internal teamsProgram-manage initiatives focused on AI-enabled automation and process optimisation within HR workflowsManage and collaborate with external consulting partners to streamline handoffs, workflows, and engagement modelsLead working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk or issue resolution forums as requiredProactively identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues through defined governance channelsMaintain a consistent operating rhythm across senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and HR leadership teamsSupport the preparation of executive updates, business reviews, and leadership communicationsTrack adoption, change readiness, and business impact to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes Must-Have Skills Proven experience leading large-scale HR or People transformation programsStrong background in program and project management within complex enterprise environmentsDemonstrated experience partnering closely with executive stakeholders and senior leadershipAbility to design structure, governance, and process in ambiguous and fast-changing environmentsExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing external consulting or advisory partnersExposure to AI-enabled automation or technology-driven HR transformation initiativesFamiliarity with portfolio dashboards or program tracking tools such as AirtableStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with attention to interdependencies and downstream impacts Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.Thank you for considering a career with us.
