You will be the trusted expert ensuring that every employee is paid correctly, on time, every time. This involves managing timekeeping data, calculating statutory deductions, processing remittances, and handling all employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentialityDon't miss out, apply todayAdvantages- Healthy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday working schedule, no weekend or shift work required- Work in an office environment- Advancement potential for the right fit- Free parkingResponsibilities- Process full-cycle payroll (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) for all salaried and hourly employees accurately and on schedule- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions- Calculate and process all statutory deductions, including CPP, EI, and income tax, as well as benefits- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements- Maintain employee personal information as it relates to payrollQualifications- High-school diploma.
