We're committed to safety, professionalism, and exceptional client service.Job Overview:We're hiring Warehouse Security Guards to help facilitate and coordinate site specific operations. You'll ensure safety protocols are followed, handle client interactions, and be able to multitask. Our guards are integral to the daily activities of the warehouses. Karas Security Guards must be detail orientated and be able to use multiple applications. We use tools like Guards Pro, excel, google sheets scheduling and reports.Key Responsibilities:Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to incidentsMaintain detailed reports/logs and ensure complianceLiaise with clients and emergency services as neededTrain team members; enforce safety and service standardsRequirements:1 year in a supervisory role (security, construction, warehouse preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and tech skillsExperience with Guards Pro, Tracktik, Google Drive, Excel an asset.SAP or logistics experience is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive payCareer growthSupportive, professional environmentSalary $18 onwards PI209ef1a97832-30511-39076699
