**Now Hiring Experienced Security Guards - Full time Afternoon/ Evening shift Monday to Friday in Richmond Hill.**

**Duties**:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any security breaches or suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Conduct thorough searches of individuals, vehicles, and bags as required
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Good physical condition, including the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4C 0T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
