Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member  Location: Guelph, ON Type: Full Time  Position Overview: We’re a fast-growing, client-first Desjardins Insurance Agency looking for an Account Representative who loves helping people, thrives in a high-energy team environment, and is looking for a career - not just a job.  If you’re organized, personable, and motivated by making a real impact in people’s lives (while hitting goals and having fun doing it), we’d love to meet you.  What You’ll Do:  As an Account Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for clients; building trust, addressing client needs, and protecting what matters most.  In this role, you will:  Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, and Property insurance policies  Educate clients so they feel confident in their coverage  Proactively identify opportunities to improve or expand coverage  Provide exceptional follow-up and ongoing support  Work collaboratively with a motivated, supportive team  What Makes You Successful:  Experience in sales and/or customer service  Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment A positive, coachable, and professional mindset  Strong communication (written & verbal) and relationship-building skills  Strong interpersonal and listening skills  OTL & LLQP licenses (preferred; must be willing/able to obtain)  What We Offer:  Competitive base salary  Ongoing training, mentorship, and career development  A supportive, collaborative team environment  A workplace that values integrity, initiative, and development    You will be hired to work at The Personal Insurance Company (“The Personal”) for a period of up to 90 days to allow you to complete training and licensing.
