PDI Bulk is looking for a detailed-oriented and highly motivated **Customer Service Account Representative**to work in a fast-paced environment for our Guelph location **Why should you work for us?** - Competitive salary - $21.00 per hour to start - A supportive and inclusive work environment - Company team building events - Group insurance benefits, including medical, dental, and vision - We are committed to meeting all Health & Safety requirements for our employees to ensure they are kept safe by providing a safe work environment, training, and following proven protocols. **Key Responsibilities**: - Process orders in a fast-paced environment, accuracy is a must. - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability. - Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs. - Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - High school diploma required. - Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks. - 3 years of customer service experience preferred. - Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred. - MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset - Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively. - Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write) About PDI Bulk: PDI is a privately-owned full-service bulk trucking company with diversification in logistics solutions.
