We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Credit Application Analysts. This is an excellent, long-term opportunity to gain in-depth experience in Real Estate Secured Lending and serves as a potential entry point to future Underwriting roles. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all credit documentation, providing vital operational support to our sales and underwriting functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is dedicated to accuracy and customer service.Schedule: Rotational hours between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Your daily duties will include:Operational Support: Provide consistent operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting teams, maintaining a strong Customer Centric mindset.Documentation Analysis & Compliance: Review, update, and analyze all credit documentation to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements.Data Integrity: Ensure complete and accurate data input into the origination system to assist in the preparation of loan documentation.Stakeholder Guidance: Provide guidance and support to internal business partners on a broad range of credit products and operational processes.Service Level Management: Prioritize and manage your workload to meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity.Risk Mitigation: Follow internal operating policies and procedures, escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary.Problem Resolution: Address partner or customer problems appropriately, efficiently, and escalate as needed, ensuring timely resolution.QualificationsMust-Have RequirementsExperience: Previous professional experience in a corporate or office environment.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal partners.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze information, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.Education: Post-secondary education (College diploma or University degree).Location: Must be local and able to adhere to a mandatory primarily onsite work model (4 days a week) in Markham, ON.Nice-to-Have SkillsPrevious experience or knowledge of mortgage lending concepts.SummaryIf you are interested in the credit application analyst role please apply online todayRandstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
