If so, we want you on our team   About the Role As a Product Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Toyota dealership—guiding customers through one of the most exciting moments in their lives: choosing their next vehicle.Your mission is to create a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.   What You’ll Do Engage with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and preferences Present Toyota’s lineup with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm Deliver a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and genuine care Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies Support customers throughout the buying journey, from first greeting to final delivery Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term relationship building Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and industry trends What We’re Looking For A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with product information Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person What We Offer Competitive compensation plan with performance incentives.
