**Job Title**: Full Time Financial Services Manager

Cochrane Dodge is looking for an energetic, motivated, likeable individual to join our finance team If you have a proven ability to sell Financial Services Department products, process driven to hit targets while providing exceptional customer service then this is the perfect role for you.

As the Financial Services Manager you will be responsible for presenting and selling Financial Services Products to every customer, every time. Products include FCA, First Canadian, Assurant, loan protection & insurance, bank rates, protection pacakges, paint protection film, Zero Risk Wear Plan program, aftermarket parts, and tailored aftersale programs to service customers.

You will collaborate with another finance manager and be coached by a Sales Manager with Financial Services experience.

High level of performance is measured by:

- Meeting and exceeding department and performance numbers set by the General Manager and Financial Services Managers each year.
- Achieving high rankings within rural dodge in new and pre owned standings.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction with top tier CSI scores.
- Successfully utilizing high level knowledge of consumer credit scenarios and leveraging current lender programs to optimize deal scenarios.
- Understanding the needs of both prime and Non-Prime Buyers and being able to adapt the process to ensure success.

**Qualifications**:

- Two or more years of previous experience in Automotive Financial Services
- Finance Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their deals
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Ability to work well with others
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable dealing with customer concerns, objections, and complaints
- Positive attitude
- Ability to create, follow, and continuously improve processes
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Valid Driver's License

**Schedule**: Rotating schedule so you are present 5 days per week including Sunday off, and another scheduled day through the week.

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Compensation**: Compensation plan is based off performance. We pay above industry average for above industry performance.
