NorthStar Ford Auto Group in Cochrane is hiring Automotive Sales Consultant Apprentices Starting at $60K/year – with unlimited earning potential

If you thrive under pressure, love working with people, and want your effort to actually pay off, this is your opportunity to level up.

No car sales experience? No problem

We'll teach you everything you need to know through a comprehensive training and mentorship program. All you need is the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.

To apply you must:

  • Have restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience, especially in high-pressure environments
  • Are coachable, driven, and take direction well
  • Show up daily with a customer-first attitude
  • Are confident on the phone and in person
  • Can multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
  • Are known for being team players with strong communication and organization skills
  • Don't just "clock in and out" — you bring your best self to the table every day
