As the heart of the Nuovo brand, this location reflects the artistic soul of Montreal, where art and timeless architecture inspire every guest experience.Job DescriptionAs a receptionist at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our guests over the phone. We’re seeking highly motivated and organized individuals who have a knack for multitasking and maintaining shifting priorities, all while delivering an exceptional service. What You'll DoRespond to all incoming inquiries via phone, email and text message across 8 studio locations.Act as the central point of contact for guests and studio staff to ensure all HQ and studio operations run smoothly.Mediating conflicts and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.Coordinating regularly between photographers, makeup artists, consultants, retouchers and after-service team to provide timely updates and support seamless workflow.Independently resolve client inquiries and ensure timely, effective solutions.Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up communications.Process client payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.RequirementsQualificationsA minimum of 5 years professional experience in guest services, administration or reception. Strong over-the-phone communication skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. (Spanish is an asset)Strong computer skills and knowledge.
