Job Description
As a receptionist at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our guests over the phone. We're seeking highly motivated and organized individuals who have a knack for multitasking and maintaining shifting priorities, all while delivering an exceptional service.
- Respond to all incoming inquiries via phone, email and text message across 8 studio locations.
- Act as the central point of contact for guests and studio staff to ensure all HQ and studio operations run smoothly.
- Mediating conflicts and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating regularly between photographers, makeup artists, consultants, retouchers and after-service team to provide timely updates and support seamless workflow.
- Independently resolve client inquiries and ensure timely, effective solutions.
- Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up communications.
- Process client payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience in guest services, administration or reception.
- Strong over-the-phone communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. (Spanish is an asset)
- Strong computer skills and knowledge.
- Highly attentive to detail - easily catching small mistakes and typos.
- Empathetic and a solution-driven approach to resolving escalated issues.
- Full-time availability.
- Available to work weekends.

- Ability to be a strong interdepartmental mediator
