Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. We are looking for a new Customer Service Rep person for their Victoria office.You'll be responsible for preparing proposals, processing and tracking orders, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a thriving industry, we’d love to hear from you.Salary Range - $60,000-$65,000Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers, and Sales staff with administrative tasksProcess customer orders and coordinate resolution of discrepanciesTrack shipments and provide customers with timely updates and ETAsNotify customers upon order arrival via email or phoneAssist estimators with pricing for bid submissionsPrepare and submit technical documentation (submittals)Provide excellent customer service and foster long-term client relationshipsParticipate in customer-facing events, including open houses, lunches, and sporting eventsStay current on product offerings and industry developments through self-learning and manufacturer trainingPerform other duties as assigned by the managerRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, friendly, and confident when representing the companyPost-secondary education (College or University) preferredSelf-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learnAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhat’s in it for you?The opportunity to develop your career with a highly respective industry leader within North America.
