We provide care and love to families in need and, in doing so, we carry out our roles with empathy, dedication and humility.  Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Montreal, the Program Coordinator is responsible for handling our office functions, planning our family events & budget, and will be integral in our organizational evaluation and measurement. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, creative and a good communicator. We have flexibility, based on the candidate’s preference, to allow for a 5 or 4 day work week. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities will include:  Administer and oversee all office needs, and purchasing, vendor negotiation, reconciling expenses, and managing various program budgets. Planning and implementation of our fun client family events, trips as well as other client services. Provide support for fundraising events, donor stewardship and processing of donations. Collaborate with and provide support to staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:   At least 3 years of successful and relevant work experience. Able to work on occasional Sundays or evenings when we have events (about once a month). Competent with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Whatsapp, use of internet & social media- must have smartphone). Good writing skills, creative, organized and is able to be assertive when required. Good knowledge of kosher requirements and Jewish tradition. Ability to work well autonomously as well as with a diverse team of colleagues. Access to a car and holds a driver’s license. Post secondary education is required. Fluent in English and solid conversational French. Good writing skills in English. Relevant directement du directeur régional de Montréal, le(la) coordonnateur (trice) de programmation est responsable de la gestion administrative, de la planification des activités familiales et du budget, et jouera un rôle essentiel dans l'évaluation et le suivi de l'organisation. La personne retenue devra être autonome, organisée, créative et posséder d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication. Nous offrons une certaine flexibilité, selon les préférences du candidat, pour proposer une semaine de travail de 4 ou 5 jours. Ce poste demande une présence en personne au bureau. Vos responsabilités incluront:  Administrer et superviser tous les besoins du bureau, y compris les achats, la négociation avec les fournisseurs, le suivi des dépenses et la gestion des budgets des différents programmes. Planifier et organiser des activités engageantes et amusantes pour les familles de nos clients, des voyages et d’autres services. Apporter du soutien aux événements de levée de fonds, à la gestion des donateurs et au traitement des dons. Collaborer avec l’équipe et lui apporter du soutien. Toute autre tâche qui vous sera confiée. Qualifications:   Au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Disponibilité occasionnelle le dimanche ou en soirée lors d'événements (environ une fois par mois). Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, WhatsApp, internet et réseaux sociaux – smartphone indispensable. Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, créativité, sens de l'organisation et capacité à s'affirmer. Bonne connaissance des exigences casher et des traditions juives. Capacité à travailler aussi bien de façon autonome qu'au sein d'une équipe diversifiée. Permis de conduire et accès à un véhicule. Formation post secondaire requise. Maîtrise de l'anglais et bon niveau de français conversationnel. Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais. Atout : compétences en photographie/vidéographie (non requises).
