We’re the only not-for-profit social enterprise that brings worlds of coverage and care together, all in one place.We’re noble challengers, purposefully building a better way and we need the best people to help us create a more holistic approach that takes care of the mind and body.Our mission is to create better health for all Canadians, and we know that starts with our employees. THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELLDevelops and executes implementation project plans to meet the specific requirements of each opportunity and does so in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates internal and external resource requirements and monitors deliverables. Identifies, manages, and mitigates implementation project risks.Manages overall project governance including stakeholder communication, meeting cadence, meeting facilitation, project documentation, status reporting and risk mitigation.Participates in a leadership capacity with leadership, business development, and internal business units in defining project scope and building and executing implementation plans for new clients for all GreenShield Adjudication products and services.Leads implementation project teams. Assumes accountability for coordinating the day-to-day and long-term operational aspects of implementation projects and their scope while ensuring client expectations are met. Guides stakeholders and manages expectations with respect to Standard Service Delivery Guidelines.Defines and collects metrics to determine implementation project progression and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable.Ensures implementation project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriately; working with the entire Implementation Team to update as processes change.Builds and fosters cooperative and productive relationships with team members, internal/external stakeholders, and client contacts while representing the interests of Green Shield. Interacts with the Management Team to ensure results are achieved.Assists in reviewing and developing innovative solutions to support the implementation process.Participates in finalist presentations to secure new business when required. Participates in continuous improvement by reviewing client feedback, outcomes and best practices to evolve processes and services. Lead and/or participate in other corporate or department projects as assigned.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORPost-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.PMP Certification or working on it.Bilingualism (English & French).Industry knowledge (insurance, group benefits and/or related industry)Demonstrated track record of experience in delivering large scale projects on time, on budget and within scope.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and acts as back up to other Project Managers.Ability to influence and lead others to achieve project deliverables.Ability to organize and prioritize accountabilities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.Strong customer focus.Clear and effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization, especially to senior levels of clients.Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project. Willingness to travel.Applications will be received until 7 EST, Day, Month dd, yyy.THE CULTUREWe believe a career should be meaningful.
