Our client, a corporate leader in Ville Saint-Laurent, is waiting for your stable profile This is a permanent role (37.5 hours/week) where your skills will make a real difference for their important clientele.Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (100% on-site).Contract: Permanent.Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (flexible hours).Salary: $46,800 to $48,750 annually ($24/hr to $25/hr).AdvantagesExceptional Group Insurance: The employer pays 90% of the insurance premium, which is considered rare.Advantageous Retirement Plan: Company contribution up to 5% of salary.Health and Wellness: $450 for glasses (every two years) and $750 per treatment for massages and physiotherapy.Compensation: $46,800 to $48,750 per year.Flexibility and Balance: Flexible schedule (37.5 hours/week).Company Culture: Employee-focused work environment , with a good atmosphere and an open and involved management style (the manager's door is always open).ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of major client accounts.Perform order entry and follow-up from A to Z, without any sales tasks or prospecting for new clients.Ensure order tracking and check inventory at the different production sites (Ontario and Alberta).Verify prices and resolve inconsistencies by contacting representatives and the pricing department.Generate reports on major clients using existing software (AS400 and IBM Query).Demonstrate logic (comparison of past/current orders) to advise production accordingly.QualificationsAbsolute Bilingualism (French-English): Although 80% of clients come from Quebec , interaction takes place in both French and English.
