Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Montreal, QC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high standards for Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong expertise in ensuring exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, resolve issues effectively, and maintain professionalism
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an asset
  • Familiarity with retail or fashion brands is a plus
