Our team is dedicated to helping our clients maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across Pay-Per-Click (PPC) channels through transparent strategy, data-driven decisions, and consistent communication. We are looking to bring on a full-time PPC Specialist to take full ownership of our paid media performance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, accountable, and confident managing significant budgets in a competitive industry. About the Role As our PPC Specialist, you will be fully responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with leadership to ensure strategies align with client goals and industry best practices. Your strong focus will be on driving measurable results and improving overall campaign efficiency across our client portfolio. This position offers significant room for growth into broader marketing strategy and leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization: Take full ownership of managing and optimizing high-stakes PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid channels. Budget Oversight: Oversee multiple client accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $6,000 to $40,000. Strategy Execution: Conduct in-depth keyword research, refine audience targeting, and manage bid strategy adjustments to achieve client objectives. Testing & Analysis: Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates. Reporting: Monitor critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and generate performance reports that include clear, actionable insights for leadership. Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all campaign goals are fully aligned with overarching client strategies. Accountability: Maintain consistent communication, demonstrate high accountability, and drive a proactive optimization cadence across all managed accounts. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and the competitive landscape to maintain our market advantage. Optional Contribution: Contribute to projects related to content creation, process optimization, and broader marketing strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 3–5+ years of demonstrable experience managing high-performing PPC campaigns, ideally in the real estate or other high-cost, competitive industries. Proven Success: A history of success managing accounts with $6,000–$40,000/month in spend. Technical Mastery: Strong analytical skills and mastery of the core Google Marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio (or equivalent reporting tools). Optimization Skills: Direct experience with conversion tracking setup and utilizing robust A/B testing frameworks. Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong project management abilities.
