Preventive Maintenance Technician

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician for our London Construction & Forestry location.
This individual will be responsible for completing on-site Preventive Maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment at customer sites utilizing state of the art technologies and a new purpose built truck.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis in a professional manner
- Identifying and reporting on additional items identified that require follow-up service work by a heavy duty technician
- Ensuring the accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for the benefit of customer reporting
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
- The successful candidate must be motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills
- Candidates must be willing to work after-hours and/or participate in shift-work as required to support customer needs
- A recent driver's abstract will be required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Required Experience
- Must have experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment
- Candidates with trade experience to a second- or third-year apprentice level are encouraged to apply
- Proven experience in contributing in a service-oriented environment working directly with customers and equipment operators are key assets
- The successful candidate must be motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills
- Candidates must be willing to work after-hours and/or participate in shift-work as required to support customer needs
- A recent driver's abstract will be required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
