Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Halliwell Consulting Corp. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine work procedures and order necessary parts.
- Conduct planned preventive & predictive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
- Efficiently set up, inspect, and shut down production equipment as required, including process changeovers.
- Assist in planning and organizing work activities, including drawing interpretation and parts preparation.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and power transmission, pump, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Licensed Millwright
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Strong SAP skills sets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with contractors and other reliability personnel.
- Strong working knowledge of HMI, electric motor controls, programmable logic controllers, basic wiring circuits, and skills necessary to safely test common electrical systems and make minor repairs where permitted.
