We invite you to join our team as a Community Activity Worker in the beautiful city of Kelowna, nestled in the heart of the Okanagan Valley—a region renowned for its stunning landscapes and vibrant communities.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Activity Worker to join our dynamic team in Kelowna This is a permanent part-time position (0.69FTE) and works Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:30, 09:00 to 15:29, and 09:00 to 13:00.Your Role: In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing established activities to meet clients’ activation, life skills, recreational, and social needs, fostering their overall social, physical, and emotional well-being. The position involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and encouraging their participation in various activities. As a valued team member, you'll have the opportunity to adapt and modify activities to cater to the special needs of clients, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.What Kelowna Offers: Nestled in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, Kelowna boasts a perfect blend of urban sophistication and outdoor adventure.
