Senior Salesforce Developer Lead

In this role you will: Ability to collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgs Ability to design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide Completed multiple Enterprise level Salesforce platform implementations Work with cross-team product owners, developers and test engineers to support QA processes Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank Must be well versed with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Integration Patterns Must be familiar with Integrating Salesforce with other cloud based application systems using REST and SOAP APIs Must have worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud Strong communication and leadership skills Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise systems Minimum 1 year of experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework Experience with deployment processes and release management processes using tools like Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins and Salesforce DX Familiarity with package-based deployments, Metadata API and Ant Migration Tool Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Data Loader, Data Stage, Talend, and Mulesoft Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom UI development Ability to troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis and use internal defect tracking tools to create detailed, high-quality error reports Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban) and collaborating across multiple teams Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required At least 2 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated): Salesforce Developer 1 Salesforce Developer 2 Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Architect Sales Cloud Consultant What's in it for you?
