Senior Salesforce Developer - (Lead / Banking) Join to apply for the Senior Salesforce Developer - (Lead / Banking) role at BMO Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce Development, 2+ years in dev lead/architect. Responsibilities Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver scalable solutions on Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, other Salesforce platforms. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows. Own technical design, architecture, and best practices. Manage code reviews, and deployment activities. Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards. Support and mentor junior developers. Qualifications Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, governor limits, and performance optimization. Experience with integrations. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (required). Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect (preferred). Experience with CI/CD tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Salary $75,900.00 - $141,900.00 Salaried. The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
