Senior Salesforce DeveloperFulltimeToronto, ONOne of our financial services clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Developer to lead the technical design, development, and secure implementation of complex, scalable solutions across the companies critical business functions, with a central focus on Financial Services. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and proven enterprise experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).This position requires the candidate to work on-site 3 days / week in Toronto. MUST HAVE:1) Financial Services Cloud (FSC): Proven, successful background working within the Financial Services Cloud, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.2) 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience: professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Demonstrated experience in hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a combination of architectural leadership and direct, hands-on development expertise to manage the entire solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.Hands-on Architecture & Code DevelopmentCore Development: Execute direct, hands-on development, including writing, debugging, and optimizing business logic using APEX code, SOQL, and basic Lightning Web Components.Declarative Automation Mastery: Conceive, build, and deploy advanced, robust business process automation using Salesforce Flow (including sophisticated Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched, and Screen-based Flows).Technical Blueprinting: Chair technical discovery and solutioning sessions with business partners to design resilient and efficient platform structures.Requirements Translation: Convert high-level organizational needs into comprehensive technical plans and execution roadmaps.Data & Integration LeadershipData Integration Expertise: Direct involvement in the design and implementation of data management strategies, specifically using ETL utilities for data synchronization and migration.Real-Time Integration: Provide solutions and perform development for Salesforce integration with outside systems, specifically using live APIs for real-time data exchange.Platform ExpertiseFinancial Services Cloud: Build and enhance functionality specifically within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC), along with core features of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms.Security & Compliance: Implement and manage Salesforce's advanced security features, including Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field History Tracking (features of Salesforce Shield).FSC Customization: Deeply tailor the Financial Services Cloud platform using its unique data model, configuration best practices, and specialized components.Qualifications & Expertise The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation and demonstrable experience operating at a senior capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.Required ExperiencePlatform Tenure: A minimum of seven years' professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in hands-on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.Automation Depth: The ideal candidate will have roughly three+ years of focused, practical experience developing and maintaining complex automations using Salesforce's primary declarative tool (Flows expertise).Financial Expertise: Proven, successful background working within the Financial Services Cloud, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.
