POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and regulatory filings under Canadian and US standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory accounting principles and reconcile differences from US GAAP. Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and trace accounting transactions to source codes and cost objects. Partner with internal teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data. Support quarterly and annual statistical reporting, price index, cost of capital, and grain revenue calculations. Liaise with government agencies and monitor regulatory changes, assessing their impact. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and collaborate across departments to implement solutions.
