Our specialized integration with CRM, ERP and accounting systems provide our customers with enterprise visibility while streamlining sales and service operations. You will assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and on-site as required. You will be exposed to several facets of professional services and will be required to wear several hats. From a project manager to a technical advisor, you will have face time with your customers as well as be able to work on the back end.Responsibilities:Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions.Assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and on-site as required.Write SQL and .NET code and custom SSRS reports.Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts.Communicate statuses, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science3 years of relevant experience as Software Consultant/DeveloperProficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRSProficiency in .NET and/or web programming languages, HTML5, and Visual StudioExperience in business process re-engineering, preferably in CRM/ERP related projectsStrong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Financial Applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Control), Industry Knowledge (HVAC and Refrigeration, Fire and Life Safety, Security Systems, Medical Devices, IT Services, Oil and Gas, Facilities Management, Industrial Equipment), Field Service Systems or Job Costing Software.Solid experience in Business Process AnalysisExcellent verbal and written communicator, and strong teamwork skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsWilling and able to travel within North America to carry out projects (up to 25%)Where:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
