You will excel in managing long-term relationships, uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining a strong client retention rate.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve assigned quotas for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and service revenue.Develop and execute account strategies that drive value for clients and foster long-term partnerships.Collaborate with the Account Executive and SDR to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and maintain visibility into new business opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, priorities, and challenges to deliver tailored SaaS and consulting solutions.Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewing client agreements.Work closely with internal teams (Development, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on client requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track account activities, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, conferences, and workshops to maintain clear and professional communication.Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry challenges to effectively position Remsoft's solutions.Attend client meetings and industry events as required, with the ability to travel to Canada, the USA, and other regions.QualificationsLanguage: Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Software: Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.Years of Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS B2B account management, managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to Canada, the USA, and other regions as required, including attending client meetings and industry events.AssetsBackground in forestry, natural resource management, or related industries.Familiarity with operations management or optimization software.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and client needs to craft tailored solutions.LocationWe are committed to finding the best candidate and are flexible regarding location.
