If so, this would be a great opportunity for youOur client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 12 month contract in Toronto.This is a hybrid role.Advantages• Earn a competitive rate within the industry.• Location: From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from homeFrom January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully.• Potential for extension.Responsibilities• Operations Audit Lead:Maintain SUS platform user lifecycle management processesPeriodic platform user auditClient follow-up and remediation• Platform Log and Audit Lead:Product management of SUS Audit and common Logging componentsSpecification documentation upkeep (requirements and system capabilities for platform and applications)User guide and training material upkeep.New requirements management (definition, implementation scheduling etc.)Implementation validation and sign-offPeriodic review of platform audit data and reports to identify abnormal usage patterns and initiate corrective actionOnboarding and project support for application auditHigh level effort and resource assessment• Performance and Security Analyst:Generate monthly reports on platform performanceMonitor vulnerability reports and track security patchingService Management statistics (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Outage, SLA etc.)Transaction volume statistics (Gateway transactions, DB transactions, API transactions etc.)Audit status and issues• Service Inventory Manager:Manage SUS Service Description documentationManage SUS components CI inventory (liaison to CMDB team).QualificationsMust Have:• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.• Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users.• Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated experience with planning and implementation of releases.Ideal candidate should have the following exp:o Experience with Cloud Services – Kubernetes (OpenShift) & MS Azureo Experience with reporting tools and conceptso Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skillso Demonstrate initiative and responsivenesso Experience with CMDB concepts and methodologieso Experience with Remedy and/or eSMT.SummaryIf you are interested in the Intermediate Business Analyst role in Toronto, please apply online at www.randstad.ca.
