**Position: Intermediate IT Business Process Analyst**
**Client: Enterprise Retail Client**
**Location: Hybrid in Toronto (3-4 days per week on site)**
**Duration: 3-6 Month contract**
**Language: English**

**Background**: Our private sector client in the retail sector is seeking the services of an Intermediate level, IT Business Process Analyst with experience in both business and IT projects to lead and document high level process design, drawing out business requirements and business challenges, working with IT teams to find solutions.

Four key components of the role include:

- Business Readiness - process evaluation / refinement and documentation
- Reporting metrics - data will need to be summarized in requirements and drive solution discussions with various IT and business stakeholders
- Process refinements that generate test scenarios
- Process design identification, identifying where training may be needed and should be leveraged for training documentation (i.e. Quick Ref Guides)

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work **on-site** multiple days per week in Downtown** Toronto.**:

- Clear ability and experience documenting process flows, reporting requirements and use cases/scenarios which support validation of the solutions identified.
- 5+ years of experience working as a business or process analyst on business / IT projects.
- Excellent communications and documentations skills, working with both business and IT requirements.
- Experience on similar projects with retail clients is preferred.
