We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg.What We Offer: Salary: $20-$21 / hourJob Type/Shift: Temporary, On-going, 30 hours a weekBenefits: Opportunity of growing into a Permanent positionWhat You'll Do: Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions. Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems. What We're Looking For: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner. Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
