**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and maintain database accuracy
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and identify trends
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure consistent service delivery
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations with professionalism
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles with strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Ability to perform upselling while maintaining a focus on customer needs
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
