Description What NAV CANADA offers you:Challenging, team-oriented work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsDefined benefit pension planOpportunities for growth and developmentFlexible work arrangementsDiverse and inclusive workforceKey Accountabilities: Lead the development and evolution of EA processes, templates, knowledgebases, standards, documentation, infrastructure, and other enabling resources.Automate workflows and governance process to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure projects and technology investments adhere to EA governance frameworks, standards, and policies.Monitor compliance with established EA principles and contribute to governance reporting.Maintain comprehensive records of EA frameworks, governance processes, and project documentation.Prepare reports and dashboards to track the status of EA initiatives and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and the EA function to facilitate clear communication and alignment.Support change management efforts by developing strategies to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and governance frameworks.Assist in delivering training and communications to promote awareness and compliance with EA standards.Contributes to EA planning and prioritization, elaborating EA proposals, setting objectives, scope, and timelines for EA initiatives.Job RequirementsEducation: Graduated from a recognized university or college with a degree/certification in Computer Sciences/Information Technology or relevant technical field or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical discipline such as solution architecture, systems development, or integration.Experience investigating, evaluating, prototyping, and recommending technical or business solutions.Experience writing and contributing to high-quality technical and business documentation.Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating activities in a collaborative project environment.Knowledge Thorough knowledge of business analysis and facilitation practices, tools, and techniques.Knowledge of project management best practices including scope, cost, and risk management.Knowledge of managing information in SharePoint.Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies and their applications and constraints, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, data processing and analytics, simulation, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Abilities Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including investigating and exploring new and innovative solutions and providing well-supported recommendations.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business areas.Ability to collaborate effectively, guide teams, and influence stakeholders.Ability to conduct business analysis, including facilitation and elicitation, to support Enterprise Architecture initiatives.Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.Ability to apply proficiency in data analysis and technical writing.Personal Suitability Maintain effective and diplomatic working relationships with internal and external colleagues, experts, and managers at various organizational levels.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Adapt to changing priorities; work under minimal supervision; work in a team and individual settings; and handle multiple concurrent tasksHighly motivated and results oriented.
