We are looking for a Business Analyst (5+ years experience) to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

**Once You Are Here, You Will**:Tasks may include but are not limited to the following**:
Develop and update Government of Canada Infrastructure Project and GCdocs operational processes for the creation, storage, access, management, sharing and transmission of information.
Update the current Concept of Operations for the Government of Canada Infrastructure Project and GCdocs including procedures on security, hardware decommissioning, and asset management.
Plan and implement processes based on gathered requirements. This includes analyzing the requirements, designing appropriate processes, and overseeing their execution to ensure they meet the specified needs of various branches/regions.
Analyze data and identify gaps or patterns int the processing of Government of Canada Infrastructure Project accounts.
Document and manage the transition activities from project to operations, focusing on infrastructure elements. This includes creating documentation, conducting review sessions, and implementing handover processes.
**Mandatory Qualifications**:
Must demonstrate, using one (1) or more projects, a minimum number of five (5) years of experience within the last fifteen (10) years.
The project(s) must demonstrate the same or similar to tasks detailed below:
develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives;
perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, Application subsystems;
define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within Application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
establish acceptance test criteria with client; and
support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
Must demonstrate, using project descriptions, experience in GCDocs and CONOPS within the last seven (7) years, as follow:
Three (3) projects, each with a minimum duration of six (6) consecutive months demonstrating experience in the tools listed above; or
Must have a Canadian university degree or college/CEGEP diploma related to computer science, information technology, or engineering or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service.
A copy of the degree or diploma must be provided.
Federal security clearance at level Secret.
