**Security Clearance**: Federal Government Secret Clearance

**Language**:English (French is an asset)
- **Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the level of Secret**

**Must have 10 years experience in**:

- Developing and documenting statements of requirements for considered alternative
- Performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows
- Establishing acceptance test criteria with client
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, use cases, and test plans
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive decision-making
- Support the development and implementation of new systems or enhancements
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, vaticinate, Server, Agile, Project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with data analysis tools such as R and Power BI

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business success by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Your expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools will be essential in supporting the development and implementation of new systems or enhancements. **Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Qualifications**:

- 4 year post secondary degree in Computer Science; Information Technology, or Business program
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Preferred*
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® Preferred*
- Certified Advanced Level Business Analyst (CALBA) Preferred*
