Contact Centre Associate (Permanent, Part-Time)Location:Remote Position. The successful candidate must reside within 3 hours of Kawartha Credit Union Head Office, Peterborough ON  Hours: 24-28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday Rate of Pay:Dependent on Experience  Position Description: As a Contact Centre Associate, you will: Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence; Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution; Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and; Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.
