You will be required to consult with clients to identify their project scope of work and create functional designs using Merit cabinetry. You will also be responsible for developing detailed plans, renderings, quotes, and contract paperwork for design projects.Designer and Sales Representative:Engage with walk-in clients, homeowners, and builders to generate new business.Consult with clients to understand project scope, style preferences, finishes, layout, and budget.Create functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing designs using 20/20 design software.Prepare accurate quotes, renderings, detailed plans, and contracts.Client presentations to review designs and quotes.Attend project site visits for measures and installations.Maintain CRM records and follow through on all leads and opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Adopt excellent communication methods and effective sales approaches/methodologies.Build a strong network by attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up to date with current and upcoming trends, market conditions, etc.Attend Product Knowledge sessions with suppliers and reps.Ensure showroom is in clean, stocked, and in operational condition.
