What you'll do
- Establishing customer relationships by building rapport, becoming familiar with specific needs, expectations, and requirements of target customers
- Booking appointment for customers to view and drive trucks
- Achieving and maintaining personal sales targets set out by yearly department goals
- Organizing and scheduling sales delivery processes
- Communicating promptly with direct supervisor regarding any opportunities and customer issues that may arise
- Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their vehicle and to build future sales
- Answer incoming calls in accordance with established call rotation (if applicable)
- Promptly greet walk-in customers in accordance with established call rotation (if applicable)
- Monitor advertisements for competitor pricing awareness
- Displaying a clean and neat appearance wearing appropriate attire per the company's dress code

What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous medium duty truck sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License with Abstract acceptable to TDF Group's Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
- Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance is required
- A commitment to delighting customers through attitude, attention and effort
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to solve problems independently following company guidelines and policies
