The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an ambitious Commercial Insurance Sales Broker (Producer) to join our vibrant team in Sudbury. With a mix of company-provided leads and opportunities for independent client prospecting, this hybrid position offers a perfect blend of stability and growth potential. You will be assigned an existing book of business with tenured clients, providing a stable foundation to build upon. Key Responsibilities: Actively drive sales across multiple platforms, including telephone, online, networking, and social media. Enjoy the advantage of warm leads with no cold calling. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with an established client base. Gain a comprehensive understanding of different insurance products and underwriting policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction. What You Bring: A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance sales. A strong sales acumen and proven track record. Current RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license is required to apply. Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills. A commitment to precision and attention to detail. Robust collaborative skills in a dynamic environment. Tech proficiency and comfort in a digital, paperless office.
